1. Cancellation & Returns Policy
1.1 Standard (On-Hand) Items – Not Pre-Ordered
For all on-hand (non-pre-ordered) products, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product—unopened, unused, and in original condition—within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
A minimal handling fee may apply. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
We strongly advise customers to inspect all parcels on delivery to ensure eligibility for a return.
2. Pre-Ordered (Specially Imported) Items
Products that are pre-ordered or specially imported are subject to stricter return terms due to their customized nature.
- Return of Pre-Ordered Items:
A 20% handling fee applies to the return of unopened, unused, and undamaged pre-ordered items. - Cancellation of Pre-Orders:
A 30% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations of confirmed pre-orders, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
To qualify for a return or refund:
- The product must be received by us within 14 days from the shipping date.
- The item must be in the same condition it was delivered—unopened, unused, undamaged, and with original packaging, seals, labels, shrink-wrap, and boxing fully intact.
Opened, used, or transit-damaged goods will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their own cost.

3. Defective Products
All products go through strict quality checks. However, if a product is found to be defective, notify us immediately with clear proof (photos/videos) of the defect. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the case.
Note: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product purchased is suitable for their specific requirements before placing the order.
4. Return Procedure
- Before returning any product, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be requested via the ‘Returns’ section under ‘My Account’ at www.rampietify.co.za.
- Returns without an RAN will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned via courier or delivered in person—returns via postal services are not accepted due to risk of damage or loss.
- Where possible, return drop-offs can be arranged at the nearest approved collection point (subject to prior arrangement and approval).
If the return is due to an error on our side, Rampietify will refund the cost of return shipping, up to the amount originally charged for delivery.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will include the purchase price, minus any applicable delivery or handling charges, unless the item was faulty under manufacturer’s warranty—then all associated costs will be fully refunded.
6. Important Terms
- Any cancellation of an order after it is placed will require a new order if you change your mind—product availability at that point cannot be guaranteed.
- These terms do not override any rights afforded to customers by South African consumer protection legislation.
